摘 要:以载重轮胎胎面胶为研究对象,通过傅里叶红外光谱仪、动态热机械分析仪、热空气老化箱、动态疲劳试验机等仪器,考察了热空气老化对胎面胶基本性能及疲劳破坏特性的影响。结果表明,随热空气老化时间的延长,胶料的交联密度、Payne效应均先升高后降低,拉伸强度、撕裂强度降低,定伸应力及硬度增加;分子链中双键氧化产生的羰基含量增多,疲劳初期胶料内部弱键断裂、炭黑网络破坏、炭黑聚集体与橡胶基体剥离引发早期破坏的程度加剧,定伸应力变化幅度越大,疲劳历程曲线出现明显双峰;后期疲劳历程曲线下降明显,胶料疲劳破坏速度加快,疲劳寿命降低。拉伸疲劳过程中部分天然橡胶(NR)大分子发生异构化,形成少量反式构型。The influence of hot air aging on the basic properties and fatigue failure characteristics of the tread compound of heavy-duty tires was investigated through instruments and equipments such as Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,dynamic thermomechanical analyzer,hot air aging chamber and dynamic fatigue testing machine.The results show that as the hot air aging time prolongs,the crosslinking density and Payne effect of the rubber first increase and then decrease,while the tensile strength and tear strength decrease;the modulus and hardness increase,and the carbonyl content produced by the oxidation of double bonds in the molecular chain increases.In the early stage of fatigue,the weak bonds inside the rubber material are broken,the carbon black network is damaged,and the degree of early damage caused by the detachment of carbon black aggregates from the rubber matrix is intensified.The larger the amplitude of the change in modulus,the more obvious double peaks the fatigue history curve appears.The fatigue history curve decreases significantly in the later stage,and the fatigue failure rate of the rubber material accelerates,resulting in a decrease in fatigue life.During the process of tensile fatigue,some NR macromolecules undergo isomerization,forming a small amount of trans configuration.
