摘  要:将新型二维纳米片材Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene引入耐烧蚀硅橡胶复合材料体系中,探究MXene对复合材料的硫化性能、力学性能、热失重、烧蚀性能和烧蚀层结构的影响。结果表明,当适量加入MXene时,复合材料各组分的混匀度得到明显改善,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率大幅提高。高温烧蚀后,纤维骨架与烧蚀层间黏附性增强,烧蚀层结构更为密实,获得了良好的耐烧蚀性能。Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene was introduced into the ablative resistant silicone rubber composite.The effect of MXene on the vulcanization properties,mechanical properties,thermal loss,ablation properties,and ablation layer structure of composite materials was investigated.The results showed that the dispersion of the components in the composites was significantly improved at the low MXene content.The tensile strength and elongation at break were greatly increased.After high-temperature ablation,the adhesion between the fiber skeleton and the ablation layer was enhanced,and the ablation layer was dense,leading to the good ablation resistance.
