摘 要:探讨了炭黑N330、白炭黑、大理石粉、方解石4种填料对天然橡胶(NR)/再生胶复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,添加炭黑N330和白炭黑制备的NR/再生胶复合材料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度和硬度最高。添加白炭黑制备的复合材料压缩永久变形最低;添加炭黑N330制备的复合材料耐磨性最好,300%定伸应力最高。添加方解石制备的复合材料耐老化性能最好。The effects of carbon black N330,white carbon black,marble powder and calcite on the properties of natural rubber/recycled rubber composites were investigated.The results show that the tensile strength,tear strength and hardness of the natural rubber/recycled rubber composite prepared with carbon black N330 and white carbon black as fillers are the highest.The compression permanent deformation rate of natural rubber/recycled rubber composite prepared by using silica as a filler is the lowest.The natural rubber/recycled rubber composite prepared with carbon black N330 as a filler has the lowest volume wear and the highest 300% constant elongation stress.The natural rubber/recycled rubber composite prepared with calcite as a filler has the best aging resistance.
