摘　　要：利用乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)与苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(SIS)热熔胶制备EVA/SIS热熔胶,同时进行了该新型热熔胶产品的结构和性能等方面的表征。采用单因素考察法,对EVA/SIS热熔胶形成过程中SIS对其物理性能所产生的影响做了逐一分析。结果显示,加入SIS后,EVA的黏接性能显著提升,拉伸性能也大幅度提高,且增大SIS加入量,EVA的拉伸强度也随着增大,软化点也随之提高。而提高SIS含量后,EVA的剥离强度呈现出先增大后减小的现象,最大加入质量份为8份。通过电子扫描显微镜(SEM)可以观测到,融入SIS后,EVA的韧性显著提高。Ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)/styrene-isoprene-styrene(SIS) hot-melt adhesives were prepared using EVA and SIS hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesives,and the characterisation of the structure and properties of this new hot-melt adhesive product were discussed.The effects of SIS on the physical properties of EVA/SIS hot-melt adhesives during the formation process were analysed one by one using the one-factor investigation method.The results of single factor analysis showed that the adhesion and tensile properties of EVA were significantly improved after the addition of SIS,and the softening point of EVA was increased with the addition of SIS.However,with the increased SIS content,the peel strength of EVA first increased and then decreased,with the optimal SIS addition ratio being 8 parts.SEM images revealed that the incorporation of SIS significantly enhanced the toughness of EVA.
