摘　　要：目的描述年轻女性乳腺癌患者的社会再融合行为体验,探索年轻女性乳腺癌患者社会再融合的促进策略。方法2023年7-10月,按照目的抽样法选取上海市某三级甲等肿瘤医院复诊治疗的23例年轻女性乳腺癌患者(年龄≤40岁)进行半结构式深入访谈,采用内容分析法分析资料并提炼主题。结果将年轻女性乳腺癌患者的社会再融合体验提炼为3个主题和12个亚主题:个人积极融入是社会再融合的始动因素(接纳改变以适应新的生活、积极治疗以维持健康状态、改善外观以重拾回归信心、重建生活秩序以减少疾病关注、恢复社会角色以获得自我价值);外界促进因素是社会再融合的重要助力(专业支持促进科学康复、情感支持增加康复信心、实际支持助力回归正轨);社会再融合促进癌症患者获益与成长(健康意识显著增强、建立新的人生态度、社交关系拓展及强化、传递经验反哺他人)。结论医护人员应关注年轻女性乳腺癌患者在生存期间社会角色的再适应,建立有效的社会支持系统,帮助乳腺癌患者重新融入社会,促进癌症患者的自我实现。Objective To describe the behavior experience of social reintegration of young breast cancer women and explore the promotion strategies for social reintegration of young women with breast cancer.Methods According to the purposive sampling method,a total of 23 young women with breast cancer(≤40 years old)who received follow-up in a tertiary cancer hospital in Shanghai from July to October 2023 were selected for semi-structured in-depth interviews,and the data were analyzed by content analysis method and the themes were extracted.Results The social reintegration experience of young patients with breast cancer could be divided into 3 themes and 12 subthemes:Personal proactive integration was the initiating factor of social reintegration(embracing changes to adapt to a new life,actively seeking treatment to maintain health status,improving appearance to regain confidence,rebuilding life order to reduce disease concern,and restoring social roles to gain self-worth);External promoting factors were vital drivers of social reintegration(professional support promotes scientific rehabilitation,emotional support increases rehabilitation confidence,and practical support aids in returning to normalcy);Social reintegration brings benefits and growths to cancer patients(significant enhancement in health awareness,establishment of new life attitude,expansion and strengthening of social relationships,and sharing experiences to benefit others).Conclusion Healthcare professionals should pay attention to social role re-adaptation of young women with breast cancer during their survivorship,establish comprehensive support system,facilitate young patients with breast cancer to re-integrate into society,and promote their self-realization.
