摘　　要：为监测秦皇岛昌黎县黄金海岸自然保护区翡翠岛附近海域自由生活的海洋线虫的生物群落变化,于2014年10月对该海域的3个断面9个站位进行了海洋小型底栖生物的采样,并通过物种数目、Margalef物种丰富度指数、Simpson指数、Shannon-Wiener指数和Pielou均匀度指数等指数,对海洋自由生活线虫的多样性和群落结构进行了分析研究。共观察到1 072条线虫,鉴定出107种,其中优势种包括Pselionema sp.、Parasphaerolaimus sp.、Parallelocoilas sp.等10种。研究结果显示,群落多样性指数在2.1~3.3范围内变化,物种丰富度指数在2.4~7.3间变化,显示出不同站位间海洋线虫群落结构和丰度的空间异质性。To monitor the changes in the biological community of free-living marine nematodes near Feicui Island in the Golden Coast Nature Reserve of Changli County,Qinhuangdao,sampling of marine meiofauna was conducted at three transects and nine stations in the sea area in October 2014.The diversity and community structure of free-living marine nematodes were analyzed through indices such as species number,Margalef species richness index,Simpson index,Shannon-Wiener index,and Pielou evenness index.A total of 1 072 nematodes were observed,and 107 species were identified,including 10 dominant species such as Pselionema sp.,Parasphaerolaimus sp.,and Parallelocoilas sp.The results showed that the community diversity index varied between 2.1 and 3.3,and the species richness index ranged from 2.4 to 7.3,indicating spatial heterogeneity in the structure and abundance of marine nematode communities among different stations.
