摘 要:为探究急性低温胁迫对许氏平鲉(Sebastes schlegelii)鳃抗氧化能力及组织结构的影响,以16℃为对照组,对许氏平鲉进行2℃急性低温处理,比较分析许氏平鲉在急性低温胁迫0 h、2 h、6 h和12 h后鳃组织中超氧化歧化物(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、总抗氧化水平(T-AOC)、丙二醛(MDA)的活性以及组织状态的变化。研究结果显示,许氏平鲉鳃组织中SOD随着胁迫时间的延长呈现先升高后降低的趋势,12 h时鳃组织中SOD活性显著低于对照组;CAT活性呈现先降低后升高的趋势;T-AOC与对照组相比明显降低;MDA活性趋势为先上升后下降。组织学分析表明急性低温胁迫下鳃组织出现了不同程度的损伤,例如鳃小片末端弯曲、肿胀、基部增生和缩短等现象。研究表明急性低温胁迫能够影响许氏平鲉鳃组织的抗氧化酶活性,造成氧化损伤,破坏鳃的组织结构。To investigate the effects of acute low-temperature stress on the antioxidant capacity and histological structure of gills in Sebastes schlegelii,an acute low-temperature challenge of 2 ℃ was conducted in S.schlegelii compared to control group at 16 ℃.The comparative analysis was conducted to examine the impacts on superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),malondialdehyde(MDA),and tissue status in the gill tissues at 0 h,2 h,6 h,and 12 h post-stress exposure.The results showed that SOD in the gill tissues of S.schlegelii showed upward tendency and then decreased with time,the SOD activity in the gill tissue was significantly lower than that in the control group at 12 h;CAT activity showed downward tendency and then increased;T-AOC was significantly lower compared with that of the control group;MDA activity showed a upward tendency and then decreased.Histological analyses showed different degrees of damage to gill tissues under acute low-temperature stress,such as bending of the ends of gill lamellae,swelling,basal hyperplasia and shortening.This study demonstrated that low-temperature stress affected the activity of antioxidant enzymes in the gill tissues of S.schlegelii,causing damage of oxidative capacity and gill tissue.
