七参连湿疹膏治疗湿疹的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察七参连湿疹膏治疗湿疹的临床疗效。方法将100例湿疹患者按随机数字表分为治疗组50例、对照组50例。治疗组中失访5例,中止治疗3例,资料缺失2例;对照组中6例失访,资料缺失2例,共82例完成本研究。治疗组予七参连湿疹膏外用,对照组予除湿止痒膏外用。观察2组湿疹面积及严重程度(eczema area and severity index,EASI)评分、瘙痒程度(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、靶目标受损面积评分、皮肤病生活质量指数(dermatology life quality index,DLQI)、临床疗效和不良反应。结果2组EASI评分、VAS评分、DLQI比较,治疗后较本组治疗前均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组比对照组降低明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗过程中均无明显不良反应发生,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论七参连湿疹膏治疗湿疹有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qishenlian Eczema Cream in the treatment of eczema.Methods A total of 100 patients with eczema were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=50)and a control group(n=50).In the treatment group,5 patients were lost to follow-up,3 discontinued treatment,and 2 had incomplete data.In the control group,6 patients were lost to follow-up and 2 had incomplete data.A total of 82 patients completed the study.The treatment group was treated with Qishenlian Eczema Cream,while the control group was treated with Chushi Zhiyang Cream(Dampness Removal and Itch Relief Cream).The eczema area and severity index(EASI),visual analogue scale(VAS)for pruritus,target lesion score,dermatology life quality index(DLQI),clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Results Both groups showed a statistically significant reduction in EASI scores,VAS scores,and DLQI scores after treatment compared to before treatment(P<0.05).The reduction was significantly greater in the treatment group compared to the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions observed in either group during the treatment period(P<0.05).Conclusion Qishenlian Eczema Cream demonstrates superior clinical efficacy in the treatment of eczema with a favorable safety profile.
