摘　　要：丛集性头痛是以严格单侧眼眶、眶上和/或颞部的极重度疼痛,伴痛侧自主神经症状和不安、躁动感为主要表现的原发性头痛。中医学将其归属于“头痛”范畴,历代医家多从肝、脾、肾脏腑功能失调论治,唐启盛教授在临床实践中发现丛集性头痛常于青年起病,实证居多,素体阳热内盛,心肝火旺,二气上逆为其核心病机。丛集性头痛典型症状眼眶或颞部疼痛、前额或颜面部出汗,是心肝二经的经络循行所过之表现。循经应用金石药治疗丛集性头痛,清热止痛,重镇安神,效宏力专,并结合临床验案对唐教授运用金石药治疗丛集性头痛经验进行阐述。Cluster headache is a primary headache characterized by severe,strictly unilateral pain in the orbital,supraorbital,and temporal regions,accompanied by autonomic nervous system symptoms on the affected side and feelings of restlessness.In Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),it is classified under toutong(headache)and is typically treated based on the dysfunction of the liver,spleen,and kidneys.Professor Tang Qisheng has observed that cluster headaches often onset in young individuals,predominantly presenting with excess patterns.The core pathogenesis involves an excess of yang and internal heat,along with hyperactivity of heart-liver fire.Typical symptoms include pain in the orbit or temple and sweating in the forehead or facial regions,correlating with the pathways of the heart and liver meridians.The application of mineral medicinals in treating cluster headache is both effective and powerful,as they can clear heat,relieve pain,and calm the nerves.This paper elaborates on Professor Tang’s valuable experience and clinical cases in using mineral drugs to treat cluster headaches.
