摘　　要：反复呼吸道感染是儿科临床常见疾病。其感染缠绵、反复发作,易引起其他多系统并发症,影响患儿及其家庭的生活质量,及时的预防和治疗十分必要。急性期应用中医治疗本病,可缩短病程,减轻症状,减少患病带来的痛苦;感染间歇期中医辨治本病,可以调整体质偏颇,有效减少呼吸道感染次数。本团队根据反复呼吸道感染患儿的临床表现和体征,基于体质从化理论,重视从阴阳两端辨治本病,主张补偏救弊,固本为要,以平为期,既防治反复呼吸道感染,又可以调理患儿的体质偏颇,减少反复发病的风险。Recurrent respiratory infections(RRI)are common in pediatric clinical practice.These infections tend to linger and relapse,often leading to complications in multiple systems and negatively affecting the quality of life for both children and their families.Timely prevention and treatment are therefore essential.In the acute phase,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)can be used to shorten the disease course,alleviate symptoms,and reduce the suffering caused by the illness.During the interval between infections,TCM differentiation and treatment can adjust constitutional imbalances,strengthen the body,and effectively reduce the frequency of respiratory infections.Based on the clinical manifestations and signs of children with RRI,our team,adhering to the theory of transformation in accord with constitutions,emphasizes the importance of differentiating treatment from the two poles of yin and yang.We advocate for rectifying imbalances,focusing on strengthening the body’s foundation and aiming for equilibrium.This approach not only prevents and treats RRI but also helps correct the child’s constitutional imbalances,reducing the risk of recurrent episodes.
