摘  要:以青海省西宁市城东经济技术开发区交叉背接触(Interdigitated back contact,IBC)晶硅建筑光伏一体化(IBC-BIPV)示范项目为基础,分别对示范项目中安装的两类IBC-BIPV光伏产品不同立面发电能力对比及变化趋势进行分析研究;同时对双玻夹胶BIPV光伏产品东、南、西三立面在夏至日、冬至日的功率输出特点和变化规律以及产品运行温度进行对比分析,结果显示:(1)IBC-双玻夹胶BIPV产品全年东、西立面日均发电能力基本一致,南立面日均发电能力较东、西立面高约37.2%。IBC-轻质柔性BIPV产品全年水平面日均发电能力比南立面高57.3%;(2)安装在建筑东、南、西三个立面的IBC-双玻夹胶BIPV产品夏至日较冬至日有效发电时间长,分别长64.8%、54.8%和48.0%,同时发电功率分别高35.9%、-58.5%和60.1%;(3)夏季较冬季环境温度相差25.3℃,安装在建筑东、南、西三个立面的IBC-双玻夹胶BIPV产品夏季较冬季日光伏组件实际最高运行温度分别高约112%、-5%和128%;平均运行温度分别高695%、121%和585%;可为采用背接触IBC电池双玻夹胶BIPV光伏组件在高辐射、严寒、高海拔西北地区的光电建筑应用提供借鉴。Based on the IBC cell building integration PV(IBC-BIPV)demonstration project in Chengdong Economic and Technological Development Zone,Xining,Qinghai Province,the comparison and change trend of the power generation capacity of two types of IBC-BIPV modules installed in the demonstration project were analyzed.At the same time,double-glass BIPV modules were selected for comparative analysis on the characteristics and changes of power output on the summer and winter solstice days and the operating temperature of the modules on the east,south and west surfaces.The results showed that:(i)the annual average daily power generation capacity of IBC-double glass BIPV modules on the east and west facades is basically the same,and the average daily power generation capacity of the south facades is about 37.2%higher than that of the east and west facades.IBC-lightweight and flexible BIPV modules have an average daily generating capacity 57.3%higher than that of the south elevation throughout the year.(ii)The effective power generation time of IBC-double glass BIPV modules installed on the east,south and west facades of the building is longer than that on the winter solstice,64.8%,54.8%and 48.0%,respectively,while the power generation power is 35.9%,-58.5%and 60.1%higher respectively.(iii)The ambient temperature difference between summer and winter is 25.3℃,and the actual maximum operating temperature of IBC-double glass BIPV modules installed on the east,south and west facades of the building is about 112%,-5%and 128%higher in summer than in winter respectively;the average operating temperature is 695%,121%and 585%higher respectively.Can provide reference for the application of back-contact IBC double-glass BIPV modules in high-radiation,cold and high-altitude northwest China.
