摘 要:石墨铸型因其耐高温性在铸造领域不可替代,利用3D打印技术制备铸型有着巨大的优势,而3D打印石墨铸型的工艺尚待研究。本工作研究了石墨粉末特性,探究了呋喃树脂体系下石墨粉的硬化情况。结果表明,当呋喃树脂添加量为10%、固化剂添加量为2%、硬化时间为120 min时,石墨试样的抗压强度为5.06 MPa,达到清砂要求。Graphite casting has a huge advantage in the field of casting because of its high temperature resistance.The use of 3D printing technology has a huge advantage,and the process of 3D printing graphite casting is yet to be studied.This article studied the characteristics of graphite powder,and explored the hardening of graphite under the furan resin system.The results showed that when the amount of furan resin added 10%,the amount of curing agent was 2%,and the hardening time was 120 min,the pressure resistance of the graphite sample reached 5.06 MPa,and the sand cleansing requirement was reached.
