摘  要:近年来,随着3D打印技术的应用、普及和不断发展,3D打印型砂专用涂料的应用越来越广泛。本研究根据3D打印型砂专用的水基流涂涂料的需求,选取适当的耐火骨料、悬浮剂、黏结剂、流变助剂、渗透剂及其他助剂;经过单因素试验确定悬浮剂、黏合剂、流变助剂、渗透剂的加入比例;利用正交试验分析了复合悬浮剂、黏合剂、流变助剂与渗透剂的比例对涂料的触变性、悬浮能力、涂刷指数及渗透深度的影响,进而确定最优的涂料配方;最终以实际案例证明,这种涂料具有优异的渗透性、流平性及极强的涂覆性,同时也能有效抵抗开裂;并且在铸造过程中,其能够形成良好的烧结脱落效果,并保持完整涂层的剥离;铸件抛丸后,表面的清洁程度也得到了提升。In recent years,with the popularization and continuous development of 3D printing technology,the application of special coatings for 3D printing molding sand is more and more extensive.In this study,according to the demand of water-based flow coating for 3D printing sand,appropriate refractory aggregate,suspending agent,binder,rheological additive,penetrant and other additives were selected.The proportion of suspending agent,adhesive,rheological additive and penetrant was determined by single factor test.The effects of the ratio of compound suspending agent,binder,rheological additive and penetrant on the thixotropy,suspension ability,coating index and penetration depth of the coating were analyzed by orthogonal experiment,and the optimal coating formula was determined.Finally,the actual case proves that this kind of coating has excellent permeability,leveling and strong coating,and can also effectively resist cracking;And in the casting process,it can form a good sintering peeling effect and maintain the peeling of the complete coating;After shot blasting,the cleanliness of the surface of the casting has also been improved.
