摘  要:完善混杂纤维增强水泥基复合材料(HFRCC)的力学性能设计方法对补充现行纤维混凝土规范以及HFRCC的工程应用有着重要意义。本工作采用疏水型和亲水型的两种PVA纤维与钢纤维混合制备HFRCC。研究了三种纤维的混杂效应,提出了适用于该类型HFRCC的抗拉、抗折性能预测方法。试验结果显示:亲水型的PVA对水泥基抗拉性能和抗折性能增强效果分别是疏水型PVA的0.94倍和0.91倍,且其抗拉性能比抗折性能更容易受到过量纤维所带来的负面影响,建议将总纤维体积掺量控制在2.0%以内;进一步提出了多元纤维混杂模型,将多变量控制的混杂效应系数分解简化,推导了HFRCC抗拉强度和抗折强度计算公式,该模型性能预测误差在10%以内,可以较好地预测HFRCC的抗拉、抗折性能。Improving the design method of mechanical properties of hybrid fiber reinforced cementitious composites(HFRCC)is of great significance for supplementing the current fiber concrete specifications and engineering applications.In this work,two types of PVA fibers,hydrophobic and hydrophilic,were used to prepare HFRCC by blending with steel fibers.The blending effect of the three types of fibers was investigated,and a method for predicting the performance of tensile and folding strengths applicable to this composite was proposed.The test results show that hydrophilic PVA is 0.94 and 0.91 times more effective than hydrophobic PVA in enhancing the tensile and folding properties of cementitious materials,and its tensile properties are more susceptible to the negative effects of a large number of fibers than its folding properties.According to the test phenomenon should control the total fiber volume mixing in about 2.0%.In addition,this work proposes a multivariate fiber hybrid effect theory,which decomposes the coefficient of mixing effect of multivariate control.According to this theory,the calculation formula of tensile and folding strengths of HFRCC is derived with an error control of less than 10%,which realizes the prediction of the performance of HFRCC.
