摘  要:明确PVA纤维对ECC浆料流动性能的影响对ECC的设计及应用有着重要的意义。引入水膜厚度理论研究了水胶比和PVA纤维掺量对ECC浆料流动性能影响的机理。结果表明:在水胶比一定的情况下,PVA纤维掺量对ECC浆料流动性能有着显著的影响;由于纤维的楔入效应,纤维掺量越大,ECC粉料湿堆积密度越小,填充水率增大,剩余水率下降;由于纤维带来的固体材料比表面积增加,水膜厚度减小,最终导致浆料流动性能下降;同时PVA纤维会在ECC浆料中形成网状结构阻碍其流动,随着纤维掺量的增加,网格效应增强,浆料流动性能下降;ECC浆料流动性能被水膜厚度和PVA纤维掺量同时控制,纤维掺量较低时,以水膜厚度的影响为主,纤维掺量较高时,以纤维网格效应为主。Clarifying the influence of PVA fiber on the flow properties of ECC slurry is of great significance to the design and application of ECC.This paper introduces the theory of water film thickness to study the mechanism of the influence of water-binder ratio and PVA fiber content on the flow performance of ECC slurry.The results show that when the water-binder ratio is constant,the PVA fiber content has a significant impact on the flow properties of ECC slurry;due to the wedging effect of the fiber,the greater the fiber content,the smaller the wet bulk density of the ECC powder.As the filling water rate increases,the remaining water rate decreases.At the same time,due to the increase in the specific surface area of the solid material brought by the fiber,the thickness of the water film decreases,which ultimately leads to a decrease in the flow performance of the slurry.At the same time,the PVA fiber will form a network structure in the ECC slurry.Hindering its flow,as the fiber content increases,the grid effect increases and the slurry flow performance decreases;the ECC slurry flow performance is controlled by both the water film thickness and the PVA fiber content.When the fiber content is low,the flow performance of the slurry decreases.The main influence is the thickness of the water film.When the fiber content is high,the fiber grid effect is the main influence.
