摘  要:为了研究出最具性价比的纤维水泥基配合比,在水泥基体中加入了钢纤维(SF)、日产聚乙烯醇纤维(PVA-R)、国产聚乙烯醇纤维(PVA-G),制备出一种新型的多元混杂纤维增强水泥基复合材料(MFECC),对该批试件进行抗压、抗拉、抗弯试验,研究了MFECC的抗压、抗拉、抗弯三种力学性能,并对压、拉、弯三种破坏形态进行描述分析。考虑了水泥基与三种纤维成本以及影响水泥基的上述三种力学性能因素,引入层次分析法以及价值工程分析方法计算性价比。试验结果表明,加入PVA-G后,MFECC的力学性能相较于仅掺PVA-R有所降低,但与传统水泥基材料相比,仍表现出较好的力学性能,在SF掺量为0.2vol%与0.4vol%时,PVA-G完全代替PVA-R,且PVA-G掺量为2.0vol%的情况下,综合性能指数分别为2.21和2.48,大于基体材料的两倍。分析结果表明,SF、PVA-R、PVA-G体积掺量分别为0.4vol%、0vol%和2.0vol%时,价值指数为0.895,最具有性价比。本研究既反映了纤维种类及掺量对水泥基材料的影响,又便于选取经济实用的MFECC,可供工程设计及工程经济综合考量应用。In order to study the most cost-effective fiber cement-based mixture ratio,steel fibers(SF),Japanese-produced polyvinyl alcohol fibers(PVA-R),and domestic polyvinyl alcohol fibers(PVA-G)were added to the cement matrix to prepare a novel multi-hybrid fiber-reinforced cement-based composite material(MFECC).The test specimens were subjected to compressive,tensile,and flexural tests to study the MFECC's compressive,tensile,and flexural three mechanical properties,and the destructive morphologies of compressive,tensile,and flexural were described and analyzed.Considering the cost of cement matrix and the three factors affecting the above three mechanical properties of cement matrix,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the value engineering analysis method were introduced to calculate the cost-effectiveness.The experimental results show that after adding PVA-G,the mechanical properties of MFECC compared with those only containing PVA-R are lower,but they still show better mechanical properties than traditional cement-based materials.When the SF volume fraction is 0.2vol%and 0.4vol%,and the PVA-G volume fraction is 2.0vol%,the comprehensive performance index of MFECC is 2.21 and 2.48,respectively,which is twice that of the matrix material.The analysis results show that when the volume fractions of SF,PVA-R,and PVA-G are 0.4vol%,0vol%,and 2.0vol%,respectively,the value index is 0.895,which has the best cost-effectiveness.This study not only reflects the influence of fiber types and volume fractions on cement-based materials,but also facilitates the selection of economically feasible and practical MFECC,which can be applied in engineering design and economic comprehensive consideration.
