摘  要:超高性能混凝土(UHPC)作为一种具有极高抗压强度、良好耐久性和优异工作性能的新型水泥基复合材料,在桥梁、建筑等工程领域的应用日益广泛。为揭示UHPC的新老界面粘结性能,开展了室内UHPC构件拉伸及弯曲试验,并进行了现场UHPC混凝土与后浇带界面加载试验,试验过程中,采用了多种界面处理方式,如凿毛、钻孔、钢筋搭接等,探究不同处理方式对界面粘结性能的影响。结果表明:不同的界面处理方式会直接影响UHPC新老混凝土界面的抗剪性能,适当的界面处理能够有效提高新老界面的粘结强度,其中凿毛+钢筋的处理方式能够有效增强界面的抗剪强度,在该处理方式下,界面破坏显示出较好的延性,而在凿毛及凿毛+钻孔的处理方式下,界面的剪切破坏介于延性破坏和脆性破坏之间;UHPC界面抗拉强度随钢筋搭接长度呈现先增大后减小的趋势,过长的钢筋搭接会影响UHPC内部的匀质性。Ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)has high compressive strength,good durability and excellent working behavior,which is widely used in bridge,construction and other engineering fields.To reveal the interface bonding performance of UHPC,a series of tests were conducted in sequence,including the tensile and shear tests of UHPC components,as well as the interface loading test between UHPC test block and post-cast strip.During the test,various interface treatment methods were employed,including roughening,drilling,and steel bar lapping,in order to investigate the impact of different treatment methods on the interface bonding performance.The results show that different interface treatment methods will affect the shear properties of UHPC interface,and appropriate interface treatment can effectively improve the bond strength of the interface.The shear strength of the interface can be effectively enhanced by chiseling and increasing the reinforcement.In this treatment,the interface failure shows good ductility,while in the treatment of chiseling or chiseling and drilling,the shear failure of the interface is between ductile failure and brittle failure.The interfacial tensile strength of UHPC increases first and then decreases with the lapping length of rebar.Too long rebar will affect the internal homogeneity of UHPC.
