摘  要:组合楼板是装配式建筑中的重要构件,楼板的选型和设计对结构的安全性和适用性有着重要意义。新型高延性混凝土-压型钢板组合楼板能在施工现场直接组装使用,其次在使用较少混凝土材料的情况下,采用高延性混凝土材料控制裂缝宽度,混凝土与压型钢板组合,形成蒙皮效应,提高楼板整体受力性能。同时加入保温隔热材料,提高楼板的实用性。为进一步了解钢板、混凝土、封边形式的相互作用机理,本工作采用ABAQUS建模,利用已有的实验数据对模型的可靠性进行验证;在此基础上,对压型钢板厚度、混凝土类别、封边形式开展详细分析。研究表明:相较于普通混凝土,使用高延性混凝土组合楼板时,楼板刚度和平面内承载能力显著提高;增大压型钢板厚度,试件的刚度、屈服荷载和极限承载力增加,但变化不明显。采用板侧厚封形式可以显著提升楼板刚度及平面内承载能力,板侧厚封的楼板性能明显优于薄封和不封的楼板。研究结果为新型高延性混凝土-压型钢板组合楼板的设计与工程应用提供参考。Composite slabs are an important component in prefabricated buildings,and the selection and design of the slab have significant implications for the structural safety and suitability.The new high-ductile concrete-stamped steel plate composite slab can be assembled on site for direct use,and it can control the width of cracks using less concrete material by using high-ductile concrete materials.The concrete and stamped steel plate are combined to form a skin effect,which improves the overall load-bearing performance of the slab.At the same time,insulation and heat insulation materials are added to improve the practicality of the slab.In order to further understand the interaction mechanism between the steel plate,concrete,and the edge sealing forms,this work uses the ABAQUS modeling software and uses existing experimental data to verify the reliability of the model;based on this,detailed analyses are conducted on the thickness of the stamped steel plate,the type of concrete,and the edge form.The research shows that compared with ordinary concrete,the stiffness and in-plane bearing capacity of the composite slab using high-ductile concrete are significantly improved.Increasing the thickness of the stamped steel plate increases the stiffness,yield load,and ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen,but the changes are not significant.Using the side thick edge form can significantly improve the stiffness and in-plane bearing capacity of the slab,and the slab performance with the side thick edge form is significantly better than that with thin edge or no edge.The research results provide reference for the design and engineering application of the new high-ductile concrete-stamped steel plate composite slab.
