摘 要:为探究高含量油分在基质沥青内的降黏降温效果及对沥青性能的影响程度,分别采用环烷基和芳香基油分对沥青改性,对其化学特性、高温、低温性能和疲劳性能进行了研究。结果表明,两种油分加入沥青后转变为沥青组分,但并非单一组分呈现出线性增加。化学成分上均无新的特征官能团出现,分子量变化受沥青组分转变程度的影响。沥青的数均分子量减小,而重均分子量受油分种类的影响。随着油分掺量增加,改性沥青具有优异降黏降温效果、同时改善了疲劳性能和低温性能,高温性能略有损伤。环烷基油分对沥青的高温性能、低温性能的改善效果略逊色于芳香基油分,但抗老化性能、抵抗应变敏感性和耐疲劳性能优于芳香基油分。相关性分析表明,两种油分的添加使得沥青组分与改性沥青性能之间呈现出一定的相关性。In order to explore the viscosity reduction and cooling effect of high oil content in matrix asphalt and the influence degree of asphalt properties,the naphthenic oil and aromatic oil were used to modify asphalt,and the chemical properties,high and low temperature properties as well as fatigue properties of oil-modified asphalt were evaluated.The results show that the two oil fractions are transformed into asphalt components after being added to the asphalt binder,but they do not show a linear increase as a single component.No new characteristic functional groups appear in the chemical composition.The molecular weight change is affected by the degree of transformation of the asphalt components.The number-average molecular weight of asphalt decreases,while the weight-average molecular weight is affected by the type of oil fraction.With the increase in the addition rate of the oil fraction,the modified asphalt has excellent viscosity reduction and cooling effects,and the fatigue resistance and low-temperature performance are improved.The improvement in high-temperature performance,low-temperature performance,and resistance to aging,sensitivity to deformation,and fatigue of naphthenic oil fraction is slightly inferior to that of aromatic oil fraction,but the anti-aging,resistance to sensitivity to deformation,and fatigue resistance of naphthenic oil fraction are better than that of aromatic oil fraction.Correlation analysis shows that the addition of two oil fraction makes the correlation between the asphalt components and modified asphalt performance better.
