摘  要:本文探讨了锆元素对耐热铝合金导体材料耐热性能、力学性能及导电性的影响,以及微量稀土元素的添加对耐热铝合金性能的优化作用;介绍了当前耐热铝合金的制备工艺,包括变形工艺和热处理的研究进展;指出未来的研究将集中在开发新型合金成分和加工技术,以实现导电性、力学性能和耐热性能的协同提升。In this paper,the effects of zirconium on the heat resistance,mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of conductor materials of heat-resistant aluminum alloy are investigated,and the optimization effect of the addition of trace rare earth elements on the properties of heat-resistant aluminum alloy is investigated.The current preparation technology of heat-resistant aluminum alloy,including deformation technology and heat treatment,is introduced.It is pointed out that future research would focus on developing new alloy composition and processing technology to achieve synergistic improvement of electrical conductivity,mechanical properties and heat resistance.
