摘  要:本工作主要研究了10~65μm的钨粉粘结剂喷射打印工艺,包含粘结剂饱和度、层厚和压实辊转速,分析了打印工艺对粉末床铺粉效果和生坯质量的影响规律。结果表明,压实辊转速影响粉末床平整度,压实辊转速越高时粉末床铺粉效果越好;层厚和粘结剂饱和度能够影响制件成形质量,随打印层厚的增加,坯体尺寸精度变差,相对密度降低;粘结剂饱和度的增加会影响坯体表面质量和强度。打印层厚和粘结剂饱和度分别为70μm和60%时,坯体的相对密度达到50.63%,抗压强度大于7 MPa,生坯表面质量最佳。This work mainly studies the low-cost tungsten powder binder spray printing process from 10μm to 65μm,setting different printing parameters including binder saturation,layer thickness,and compaction roller speed,and conducting binder spray forming additive manufacturing experiments.The density and dimensional accuracy of the blank were tested,and the influence of compaction roller speed on the powder bed powder effect and the influence of printing layer thickness and binder saturation on the forming quality were analyzed.The results indicated that the speed of the compaction roller affects the flatness of the powder bed.The higher the speed of the compaction roller,the better the powder bed effect.The layer thickness and the saturation of the binder could affect the forming quality of the workpiece.As the printing layer thickness increased,the dimensional accuracy of the blank deteriorates and the relative density decreased.The increasing in saturation of the binder would affect the surface quality and strength of the billet.When the printing layer thickness and adhesive saturation were 70μm and 60%,respectively,the relative density of the green body reached 50.63%,the compressive strength was greater than 7 MPa,and the surface quality of the green body is optimal.
