摘 要:粉末成形类电子玻璃具有生产成本低、服务温度高、绝缘性能好、化学稳定性高、抗热冲击性能佳等诸多优点,常作为金属外壳密封绝缘材料。本文针对玻璃绝缘子制备技术存在的问题,首先明确了玻璃绝缘子设计的具体要求,然后参照《微电子封装金属外壳玻璃绝缘子工艺技术要求》工艺流程与要求,对影响玻璃绝缘子外形尺寸和质量的工艺细节进行逐一说明,并归纳其评价条件,最后对玻璃绝缘子未来研究进行了展望。Powder-formed electronic glass has many advantages,such as low production cost,high service temperature,good thermal shock resistance and so on,and is often used as sealing insulaion material for metal shell.Aiming at the problems existiong in the preparation technology of glass insulators,this paper first clarifies the specific requirements for the design of glass insulators,and then explains the process details that affect the overall size and weight of glass insulators one by one with reference to the process flow and requirements in‘Technical requirements of glass insulators for micro-electronic packaging metal shell’,and summarizes its evaluation conditions.Finally,the future research of glass insulators is prospected.
