摘  要:针对薄壁钛合金壳体铸件铸造过程中存在的尺寸精度低、表面质量差等技术问题,采用一种石墨型复合砂芯铸造工艺,该砂芯具有适用性强、精度高、成本低等特点。通过对浇铸结果的分析可知,该铸件非加工面处尺寸精度可控制在±0.2 mm,表面粗糙度控制在3.2~6.3μm,可实现对薄壁钛合金壳体铸件的研制生产。Aiming at the technical problems of low dimensional accuracy and poor surface quality in the casting process of thin-walled titanium alloy shell castings,a graphite composite sand core casting process was adopted,which has the characteristics of strong applicability,high accuracy and low cost.Through the analysis of casting results,the dimensional profile accuracy of the non-machined surface of the casting can be controlled within±0.2 mm,and the surface roughness can be controlled within 3.2-6.3μm,which can realize the development and production of thin-walled titanium alloy shell castings.
