摘 要:针对T油田地面集输管道失效严重的问题,本研究通过对T油田注水管道和集输油气管道的流体介质进行取样、测试和分析,明确流体介质的腐蚀风险因素;采用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)对T油田的地面集输管道的失效样品进行失效原因分析。结果表明:T油田地面管线存在腐蚀风险,主要为细菌腐蚀、溶解氧腐蚀,同时有碳酸钙和硫酸钡的结垢趋势以及高氯离子浓度加速腐蚀的趋势。注水管线失效原因主要有氧腐蚀和垢下细菌腐蚀,油气集输管线失效原因主要为细菌腐蚀、氧腐蚀及垢下腐蚀。In response to the serious failure of surface gathering and transportation pipelines in T oilfield,this study identified the corrosion risk factors of fluid media by sampling,testing,and analyzing the fluid media of water injection pipelines and gathering oil and gas pipelines in T oilfield.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),and X-ray diffractometry(XRD)were used to analyze the failure causes of surface gathering and transportation pipelines in T oilfield.The results indicated that the surface pipelines in T oilfield have corrosion risks,which mainly consist of bacterial corrosion and dissolved oxygen corrosion.They also exhibit scaling trends of CaCO_(3) and BaSO 4,and accelerated corrosion trends with high chloride ion concentrations.The main causes of failure in water injection pipelines are oxygen corrosion and bacterial corrosion under scale.The main causes of failure in oil and gas gathering and transportation pipelines are bacterial corrosion,oxygen corrosion,and corrosion under scale.
