摘 要:纤维材料由于质轻、柔软、强度高以及比表面积大等特性而在复合材料领域有着广泛应用,近年来其在吸波材料领域也开始受到关注。使用碳纳米管对纤维进行表面改性是一种有效提高纤维吸波能力的方式,但是因为制备工艺以及碳纳米管本身性质的限制,该材料迈向产业化应用还有一段不短的路要走。本文对吸波材料的吸波机理进行了简要介绍,然后综述了目前常用的碳纳米管改性纤维吸波材料的制备工艺,提出未来碳纳米管改性纤维吸波材料生产应用的几个发展方向,其中宏量生产是绕不开的,在提高产量控制成本的同时要针对实际应用对材料进行设计和优化,并建立相关标准,最后展望了碳纳米管改性纤维吸波材料领域的机遇和挑战。Fiber materials are widely used in the field of composite materials due to their lightweight,softness,high strength,and large surface area.In recent years,they have also started gaining attention in the field of absorbing materials.Modifying fibers with carbon nanotubes is an effective way to enhance their absorption capabilities.However,due to limitations in production processes and the properties of carbon nanotubes themselves,there is still a long way to go before this material can be industrially applied.This article briefly introduces the absorption mechanism of absorbing materials,then reviews the current preparation processes of carbon nanotube-modified fiber absorbing materials,and proposes several development directions for the future production and application of carbon nanotube-modified fiber absorbing materials.Mass production is unavoidable,focusing on increasing production while controlling costs,designing and optimizing materials for practical applications,and establishing relevant standards.Finally,it looks ahead at the opportunities and challenges in the field of carbon nanotube-modified fiber absorbing materials.
