摘 要:以PVDF膜为基底,引入亲水性的海藻酸钠(SA)为水凝胶涂覆层主体,以多酚羟基的单宁酸(TA)为粘附剂,氧化淀粉为填料,制备了一系列不同厚度(10、15、20、25μm)的PVDF-St复合膜。PVDF-St复合膜具有良好的亲水性(接触角最小为19.9°)、优异的抗油污性能,表面形貌随水凝胶层厚度的增加由多孔结构转变为光滑平面结构,最大拉伸应力可达4.78 MPa。吸附性能研究表明,改性膜对阳离子染料亚甲基蓝与阴离子染料刚果红的最大吸附率分别为89.1%、60.1%,对两种染料的吸附都符合Langmuir等温吸附模型。PVDF-St25复合膜对亚甲基蓝的最大吸附容量为1490.51 mg·kg^(-1),对刚果红的最大吸附容量为34.51 mg·g^(-1),且均符合准二阶吸附动力学模型。This work employed commercial PVDF films as substrates,introduced hydrophilic sodium alginate(SA)as the matrix of the hydrogel coating layer,and used polyphenolic hydroxyl tannic acid(TA)and oxidized starch as the adhesive and the filler,to prepare a series of hydrophilic and anti-fouling PVDF-St composite membranes with thicknesses of 10,15,20,25μm.PVDF-St composite membranes had good hydrophilicity(the smallest contact angle was 19.9°),excellent oil resistance.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)showed that morphology of the composite membranes changed from a porous structure to a smooth planar structure as the thickness of the hydrogel layer increased,and the maximum tensile stress could reach 4.78 MPa.The adsorption performance tests showed that the maximum adsorption rates of the modified membrane for cationic dye methylene blue and anionic dye Congo red were 89.1%and 60.1%,respectively,and the adsorption for the two dyes conformed to the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model.The maximum adsorption capacities of PVDF-St25 composite membrane for methylene blue and Congo red were 1490.51 mg·kg^(-1) and 34.51 mg·g^(-1),respectively,and the adsorptions of the two dyes were in consistent with the pseudo-second-order kinetic adsorption.
