摘 要:Na_(2)HPO_(4)·12H_(2)O是一种储热能力良好的相变材料,在很多领域中应用非常广泛。但Na_(2)HPO_(4)·12H_(2)O与很多水合盐材料都具有过冷问题,进行多次冷热循环后会慢慢地失去相变储热的性能。使用多孔材料与其复合能有效降低Na_(2)HPO_(4)·12H_(2)O的过冷度,并且用脂肪酸与Na_(2)HPO_(4)·12H_(2)O形成的复合材料可以明显降低其过冷度,从而提高复合相变材料的相变潜热。因此,为了解决相分离问题以及降低过冷度、提高相变潜热、增加相变储能材料的使用范围,本研究主要以Na_(2)HPO_(4)·12H_(2)O与C_(18)H_(36)O_(2)为相变芯料,且以介孔SiO_(2)为载体对二元相变材料进行吸附,制备了一种崭新的高性能复合相变储能材料。此外,制备了不同质量比的二元复合相变材料,并对其热物性、微观结构以及热循环稳定性进行测试表征,分析了不同原料配比及介孔SiO_(2)对二元复合相变材料性能的影响。研究结果表明,介孔SiO_(2)主要通过毛细作用吸附二元相变材料,同时,介孔SiO_(2)负载后的复合相变材料中部分二元材料仍处于游离状态,但介孔SiO_(2)的孔道几乎被填满,总体上提高了二元复合相变材料的相变潜热。此外,经过循环热的测试,进一步验证了负载后的二元复合相变材料可长期使用,并且拥有良好的热物性能。Na_(2)HPO_(4)·12H_(2)O is a kind of phase change material with excellent heat storage capacity,which is widely used in many fields.However,Na_(2)HPO_(4)·12H_(2)O and many hydrated salt materials have the problem of supercooling,and the performance of phase change heat storage will be slowly lost after multiple cold and hot cycles.The supercooling degree of Na_(2)HPO_(4)·12H_(2)O can be effectively reduced by using porous material,meanwhile,the composite material formed by Na_(2)HPO_(4)·12H_(2)O and fatty acid can significantly reduce its supercooling degree and increase the latent heat of composite phase change material.Therefore,in order to solve the problem of phase separation,reduce the degree of supercooling,improve the latent heat of phase change,and increase the scope of use of phase change energy storage materials,herein,a new high-performance composite phase change material will be obtained through using Na_(2)HPO_(4)·12H_(2)O and C_(18)H_(36)O_(2)as phase change core materials,and mesoporous SiO_(2)as the carrier to adsorb binary phase change materials.In addition,binary composite phase change material with different mass ratios can be prepared,and its thermal properties,microstructure and thermal cycle stability will also be measured,the effects of adding mesoporous SiO_(2)in different proportions on the properties of composite phase change material were analyzed.The results show that mesoporous SiO_(2)adsorbs binary composite phase change material mainly through capillary action.At the same time,part of the binary composite phase change material loaded with mesoporous SiO_(2)is still in the free state,but the pore of mesoporous SiO_(2)is almost filled,which increases the latent heat of phase transition of binary composite phase change material in general.In addition,through the test of cyclic heat,it is further verified that the loaded binary composite phase change material can be used for a long time and has good thermal properties.
