反式聚醚的合成及在金属加工液中的应用

摘  要:聚醚作为一种非离子表面活性剂,在各行各业中均具有广泛的应用,它可以作为润湿剂、乳化剂、消泡剂、润滑剂等。同时聚醚还具有毒性低、耐腐蚀、黏温特性好、生物降解性好等优点,其在金属加工液中的应用研究也越来越多。但是如何获得性能合适且经济可行的加工液成为其推广应用中必须要解决的问题。鉴于此,本工作通过自制两款反式聚醚,将其加入金属加工液配方中,得到澄清透明的全合成液,并将其与自研的微乳液进行泡沫性能、防锈性能、缓释性能测试对比,同时与微乳液市售品进行应用上机对比及成本分析。结果表明,全合成液较自研微乳液泡沫性能更优,防锈性能和缓释性能相当。此外,全合成液配方满足铝合金精加工的要求,而且不易变质发臭,工作液更换周期更长,废水处理费用更低,因此全合成液的综合成本更低,适合广泛推广应用。As a kind of nonionic surfactant,polyether has a wide range of applications in various industries.It can be used as a wetting agent,emulsifier,defoamer,lubricant,etc.Meanwhile,polyether also has the advantages of low toxicity,corrosion resistance,good viscosity-temperature characteristics,good biodegradability,etc.,and its application in metalworking fluids has been increasingly studied.However,how to obtain suitable performance and economically feasible metalworking fluids has become a problem that must be solved in the application and promotion.In view of this,in this paper,two types of trans-polyethers were produced and applied to metalworking fluid formulations to obtain clarified and transparent fully synthetic fluids.And compared with the self-developed microemulsion for foam performance,antirust performance,slow-release performance,and at the same time with the commercially available microemulsion products for the application comparison and cost analysis.It was found that the foam performance of the fully synthetic liquid was better than that of the self-developed microemulsion,and the antirust performance and slow-release performance were comparable.In addition,it was found that the fully synthetic liquid met the requirements of aluminum alloy finishing,and it was not easy to deteriorate and smell,the replacement cycle of working fluid was longer,and the cost of wastewater treatment was lower,so the comprehensive cost of fully synthetic liquid was lower,and it was suitable for extensive promotion and application.
