摘 要:为了提高碎橡胶(CR)在沥青基质中的相容性,减少橡胶屑脱硫过程中有毒气体的排放。本工作介绍了五种在不同脱硫工艺(150℃/52 min、155℃/40 min、160℃/33 min、165℃/28 min、170℃/25 min)制备的脱硫碎橡胶(DCR)和脱硫碎橡胶改性沥青(DCRMA)。分析了DCRMA和碎橡胶改性沥青(CRMA)的物理性能和贮存稳定性,使用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)和弯曲梁流变仪(BBR)测试了橡胶改性沥青在高温和低温条件下的流变性能。使用电子显微镜(SEM)、荧光显微镜(FM)和傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)分析了其微观形貌、微观结构和改性机理。结果表明,DCR微观结构变得不规则且粗糙,增大了与沥青基体的接触面积。DCRMA的旋转粘度和软化点差值均显著减小,说明低温脱硫预处理有效地改善了CR与沥青基体的相容性。流变结果表明,DCRMA的高温性能相较CRMA有所减弱,但DCRMA的低温抗裂性显著提高。FM试验表明,DCR在沥青中分散均匀且部分溶胀。FTIR试验表明,脱硫过程中既发生物理反应也发生化学反应。该研究为废碎橡胶这一固体废物提供了一种相对节能减排的处理方法。To improve the compatibility of crumb rubber(CR)in asphalt matrix and to reduce the emission of toxic gases during the rubber crumb desulphurization process.In this paper,five desulphurized rubber crumb(DCR)and desulphurized rubber crumb modified asphalt(DCRMA)prepared under different desulphurization processes(150℃/52 min,155℃/40 min,160℃/33 min,165℃/28 min,170℃/25 min)are presented.The physical properties and storage stability of the desulphurized rubber crumb-modified asphalt(DCRMA)and rubber crumb-modified asphalt(CRMA)were analyzed,and the rheological properties of the rubber-modified asphalt were tested at high and low temperatures using a dynamic shear rheometer(DSR)and bending beam rheometer(BBR).The micro-morphology of DCR as well as the micro-structure and modification mechanism of DCRMA were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),fluorescence microscopy(FM)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The results showed that the microstructure of DCR became irregular and rough,which increased the contact area with the matrix asphalt.The rotational viscosity and softening point difference of DCRMA were significantly reduced,indicating that the low-temperature desulphurization pretreatment effectively improved the compatibility of DCR with the asphalt matrix.The rheological results showed that the high-temperature performance of DCRMA was weakened compared to CRMA,but the low-temperature cracking resistance of DCRMA was significantly improved.The FM test showed that DCR was uniformly dispersed and partially soluble in the asphalt.The FTIR test showed that both physical and chemical reactions took place in the process of desulphurization.This study provides a relatively energy-efficient and emission-reducing treatment method for scrap crumb rubber,a solid waste.
