摘 要:以矿物纤维为功能组分增强树脂,通过复合改性、树脂固化、模压成型等工艺的有机结合,获得一种力学性能显著改善的环保建筑板材,其拉伸强度达到55.8 MPa,弯曲强度高达68.7 MPa,冲击强度为8.7 kJ/m^(2);阻燃性能优良,氧指数为41.8,克服了含卤阻燃剂复合材料燃烧过程会产生大量有毒、有腐蚀性气体的弊端;并且导热系数低至0.051 W/(m·K),节能保温效果极佳。Using mineral fiber as functional component reinforced resin,through the organic combination of composite modification,resin curing,molding and other processes,an environmentally friendly building board with significantly improved mechanical properties was obtained.Its tensile strength reached 55.8 MPa,bending strength reached 68.7 MPa,and impact strength reached 8.7 kJ/m^(2).Excellent flame retardant performance,oxygen index 41.8,overcome in the halogenated flame retardant composite material combustion process will produce a large number of toxic,corrosive gas disadvantages;and the thermal conductivity is as low as 0.051 W/(m·K),which has excellent energy-saving and thermal insulation effect.
