摘  要:利用氧氮氢分析仪建立了脉冲加热惰性气体熔融-红外吸收和热导法测定金属铬中氧氮含量,采用高级纯石墨套坩埚,以高纯免洗镍篮为助熔剂,选择最佳的测定条件(分析功率为5000 W,脱气功率为5500 W,分析氧最短时间为40 s、氮最短时间为65 s),通过该方法对助熔剂空白实验、试样测定的精密度、准确度以及回收率实验。实验证明,该方法测定金属铬中氧氮含量快速准确,为金属铬中氧氮含量的检测提供了一条有效的途径.A pulse heating inert gas melting infrared absorption and thermal conductivity method was established using an oxygen nitrogen hydrogen analyzer to determine the oxygen and nitrogen content in metal chrome.A high-grade pure graphite crucible was used,and a high-purity no-clean nickel basket was used as a flux.The optimal measurement conditions were selected(analysis power of 5000 W,degassing power of 5500 W,shortest time for oxygen analysis of 40 s,and shortest time for nitrogen analysis of 65 s).Through this method,the precision,accuracy,and recovery rate of flux blank experiments and sample measurements were tested,proving that the method can quickly and accurately determine the oxygen and nitrogen content in metal chrome,and providing an effective approach for the detection of oxygen and nitrogen content in metal chrome.
