摘 要:纳米材料具有许多传统材料不具备的新特性,在涂料中加入纳米材料形成纳米功能材料复合涂料,提升涂层的防腐性能具有广阔的应用前景。为了提高水性环氧树脂涂层的防腐性能,本文采用原位生长法制备了Ce-MOF@MXene纳米复合材料,并将该复合材料作为填料加入到水性环氧树脂涂料中形成复合材料涂层。采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射分析仪和X射线光电子能谱等表征了复合材料的微观形貌、物质结构和元素组成;利用Autolab电化学工作站和Q-FOG SSP盐雾箱对复合材料涂层的防腐性能进行评测。研究表明:Ce-MOF小球在MXene纳米片上均匀生长,成功制备了Ce-MOF@MXene纳米复合材料;复合材料的加入对防腐性能的提升优于单一材料,复合材料的阻隔作用和填充作用减轻了腐蚀介质在涂层中的运动,有效提高了涂层的防腐性能,2wt.%Ce-MOF@MXene复合涂料的涂层具有更高的腐蚀电位(-0.33 V)和更小的腐蚀电流密度(1.28×10^(-8)A/cm^(2))。Nanomaterials have many new properties that traditional materials lack and incorporating nanomaterials into coatings to form nanocomposite coatings holds great potential for enhacing the corrosion resistance of coatings.In order to improve the anti-corrosion properties of water-based epoxy resin coating,Ce-MOF@MXene nanocomposite was prepared by the in situ growth method.These composite materials were thenincorporated into the water-based epoxy resin coating as a filler to form composite coatings.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction analyzer(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)were used to characterize the microstructure,material structure and elemental composition of the composites.Autolab electrochemical workstation and Q-FOG SSP salt spray tank were used to evaluate the anticorrosive properties of the composite coatings.The results show that the Ce-MOF pellets grow uniformly on MXene nanosheets,and the Ce-MOF@MXene nanocomposites are successfully prepared.The addition of composite material shows the improved anticorrosive property compared to single materials.The barrier and filling effects of the composite material can reduce the movement of corrosive medium in the coating,and effectively improve the anticorrosive property of the coating.The coating of 2wt.%Ce-MOF@MXene composite coating has a higher Ecorr value(-0.33 V)and a lower Icorr value(1.28×10^(-8)A/cm^(2)).
