摘 要:为更好地评估环境边坡的安全性,通过对环境边坡的相关特征及影响因素进行研究,提出环境边坡的安全等级分类方法,以便为环境边坡的治理、设计和施工提供可靠的依据。该方法综合考虑边坡形态修正系数(依据坡度和坡高取值)和边坡岩土体特征值(由覆盖层特征、岩体基本质量、结构面特征、水文地质条件4个要素组成),采用积差评分模型将环境边坡安全等级分为5类。以乌东德水电站右岸尾水出口环境边坡和石台抽水蓄能电站下水库进出水口环境边坡为例,验证了该方法的有效性。结果表明:乌东德水电站右岸尾水出口环境边坡可能发生大规模的平面或楔形滑动,严重变形或倾倒;石台抽水蓄能电站下水库进出水口环境边坡可能发生小规模的平面滑动或浅层变形。研究成果可用于定性和定量评价环境边坡的安全性。In order to better evaluate the safety of environmental slopes,a safety level classification method for environmental slopes was proposed through the study of relevant characteristics and influencing factors of environmental slopes,so as to provide a reliable basis for the treatment,design and construction of environmental slopes.This method could comprehensively consider the slope shape correction coefficient(including to the slope gradient and height)and the geotechnical characteristic values of slope(composed of overburden characteristics,basic rock mass quality,structural plane characteristics,and hydrogeological conditions four elements),and divide the safety level of environmental slopes into five categories by using the differential scoring model.In addition,taking the environmental slope of the right bank tail water outlet of the Wudongde Hydropower Station and the environmental slope of the lower reservoir inlet or outlet of the Shitai Pumped Storage Power Station as examples,the method was verified.The results showed that the environmental slope of the right bank tail water outlet of the Wudongde Hydropower Station may had large scale planar or wedge shaped sliding,serious deformation or toppling.The environmental slope of the lower reservoir inlet or outlet of the Shitai Pumped Storage Power Station may had small scale planar sliding or shallow layer deformation.This method can fully reflect the factors affecting the stability of environmental slopes and can be used for qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the safety of environmental slopes.
