摘 要:为了科学开展抽水蓄能电站施工变电站选址规划,选取了9个影响施工变电站选址的关键指标,基于熵权法和层次分析法,从主客观角度确定关键指标的综合权重,并基于模糊数学理论构建了施工变电站选址规划模型。通过工程实际案例,对该模型进行了验证。结果表明:基于优化组合赋权法有效克服了单一指标赋权模型的局限与不足,所构建的优化组合赋权施工变电站选址规划模型能够客观反映指标影响力,定量化进行方案的综合比选,准确推荐最优站址,验证了此模型的有效性和科学性。研究成果对抽水蓄能电站施工变电站选址规划及评估具有参考意义,也可为其他类似多元素规划评估问题提供一种思路。In order to scientifically carry out the site selection planning for construction transformer substations of pumped storage power station,nine key indicators that affect the site selection of the construction substation were selected.Based on the entropy weight method and Analytic Hierarchy Process,the comprehensive weights of key indicators were determined from a subjective and objective perspective.A site selection planning model for construction transformer substations was constructed based on fuzzy mathematics theory.The model was validated through practical engineering cases.The results showed that the optimized combination weighting method effectively overcame the limitations and shortcomings of the single indicator weighting model.The constructed optimized combination weighting construction substation site selection planning model can objectively reflect the influence of indicators,quantitatively compare schemes comprehensively,accurately recommend the best station site,and verify the effectiveness and scientificity of this model.The research results can provide a reference for the site selection planning and evaluation of construction substations of pumped storage power stations,and can also provide a new solution idea for other similar multi-element planning and evaluation problems.
