摘  要:四川省仁和抽水蓄能电站边坡陡峭、上下库连接路布置困难、施工难度高,为确保电站顺利实施、保证上下库连接路施工期内的使用效率以及运输质量,并减少工程总工期和工程造价,从线路设计指标及安全性、地形地质条件、征地移民、环保水保、经济指标等方面对电站上下库连接路方案进行比选。结果表明:隧洞方案行车条件更好,安全性更高,修建难度较低,征地面积、水土流失量、开挖工程量、弃渣工程量及工程整体投资均较小,最终择优选定隧洞方案并进行道路施工方案设计。研究结果可为同类工程上下库连接路设计提供参考。The slope of Sichuan Renhe Pumped Storage Power Station is steep,the road connecting the upper and lower warehouses is difficult to be arranged,and the construction is difficult.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the power station,ensure the efficiency and transportation quality of the connecting roads between the upper and lower reservoirs during the construction period,so as to short the total project period and reduce the total project period and engineering cost,the connecting road schemes between the upper and lower reservoirs of the power station were compared from the aspects of route design,safety,terrain and geological conditions,land acquisition and resettlement,environmental protection,water and soil conservation,economic indicators,etc.The results showed that the tunnel scheme had better driving conditions,higher safety,lower construction difficulty,and had smaller land acquisition area,little soil erosion,excavation work,waste disposal work,and overall project investment.Ultimately,the tunnel scheme was selected and the road construction scheme design was carried out accordingly.The research results can provide a reference for the design of connecting roads between upper and lower reservoirs in similar projects.
