摘 要:安徽省潜山市属于典型的江淮丘陵区,以季风气候为主,雨热同期,一直以来是洪涝灾害频发地。为分析该区域的排涝流量,基于潜山市地形特点、排涝现状及存在问题,分别采用平均排除法和最大24 h雨型洪水流量时程分配法计算各圩区和中心城区排涝模数。结果表明:潜山市中心城区,即中心城区片、规划河西新区片和黄铺工业新区片排涝模数分别为11.2,9.1,9.5 m^(3)/(s·km^(2));各圩口设计自排排涝模数为1.29~1.64 m^(3)/(s·km^(2)),抽排排涝模数为0.69~0.80 m^(3)/(s·km^(2))。研究成果可为潜山市排涝规划设计提供参考。Qianshan City in Anhui Province is a typical area in the Jianghuai Hilly Area,with a monsoon climate and rain comes in parallel with hot spell,which has always been prone to flood disasters.In order to analyze the drainage flow in this region,based on the terrain characteristics,current drainage situation and existing problems of Qianshan City,the average exclusion method and the maximum 24 hour rainfall flood flow time distribution method were used to calculate the drainage modulus of each polder area and urban area respectively.The results showed that the drainage modulus of the urban area(the central urban area,the planned Hexi New Area and the Huangpu Industrial New Area)was 11.2,9.1,9.5 m^(3)/(s·km^(2))respectively,the self-drainage modulus of each polder was from 1.29 to 1.64 m^(3)/(s·km^(2)),and the pumping drainage modulus was from 0.69 to 0.80 m^(3)/(s·km^(2)).The calculation results can provide a reference for the urban drainage planning and design of Qianshan City.
