摘 要:为了控制工程建设风险,应精准辨识关键风险防控因素。针对引黄涵闸改建工程建设期建设安全和工程质量控制问题,采用预先危险性分析法和工作分解法辨识工程安全风险,构建安全风险评价指标体系,提出了指标量化比较方法;在此基础上构建了基于层次分析的风险评价模型,综合确定混凝土工程及土方工程为Ⅳ级危险源,需要特别关注。研究成果可为引黄涵闸改建工程建设提供支撑。Accurately identifying key risk prevention and control factors is an important prerequisite for achieving high-quality control of engineering construction risks.Focusing on the construction safety and engineering quality control during the construction period of the Yellow River Diversion Sluice Reconstruction Project,the pre-hazard analysis method and work breakdown method were used to identify engineering safety risks,a safety risk evaluation index system was constructed,and a quantitative comparison method of indicators was proposed.On this basis,a risk assessment model based on analytic hierarchy process was constructed to comprehensively determine that the concrete engineering and earthwork engineering were classified as level IV hazards,which require special attention.The research results can provide a referrnce for the high-quality construction of the Yellow River Diversion Sluice Reconstruction Project.
