摘 要:为验证混合固化剂溶液对治理赣南离子型废弃矿区土壤水土流失的可行性,以治理赣南离子型稀土废弃矿区为例,利用重塑后的废弃矿区土样和水性聚氨酯及膨润土2种固化剂,设计10组不同质量配比的土壤固化剂试验土样,进行室内直剪试验、扫描电镜试验、土体抗崩解试验。试验结果表明:水性聚氨酯与土颗粒可形成网膜状结构,对土样黏聚力的提高作用非常明显,膨润土颗粒细小易流动,能有效填充土颗粒间的孔隙,增强土颗粒间摩擦,且膨润土颗粒的填充对土样内摩擦角的增大效果显著。两者混合使用时所产生的固化效果不会相互影响,且土体的抗剪强度明显高于使用单一固化剂的土样,在水中的抗崩解能力也优于单一固化剂的土样。综合可得,混合土壤固化剂溶液对于治理赣南离子型废弃矿区是可行的。To verify the feasibility of using a mixed solidifying agent solution to treat soil and water loss in the abandoned ion type mining area in southern Jiangxi,taking the treatment of the abandoned ion type rare earth mining area in southern Jiangxi as an example,10 sets of soil solidifying agent test samples with different mass ratios were designed using reshaped abandoned mining area soil samples and two solidifying agents,namely waterborne polyurethane and bentonite.Indoor direct shear tests,scanning electron microscopy tests,and soil anti disintegration tests were conducted.The experimental results show that water-based polyurethane can form a mesh like structure with soil particles,which has a significant effect on improving the cohesion of soil samples.Bentonite particles are small and easy to flow,which can effectively fill the pores between soil particles,enhance the friction between soil particles,and the filling of bentonite particles has a significant effect on increasing the internal friction angle of soil samples.When the two are mixed,the curing effect will not affect each other,and the shear strength of the soil is significantly higher than that of the soil sample using a single solidification agent.The anti-disintegration ability in water is also better than that of the soil sample using a single solidification agent.Overall,it can be concluded that the mixed soil stabilizer solution is feasible for the treatment of ion type abandoned mining areas in southern Jiangxi.
