摘  要:将磷酸钾镁水泥用于钢结构防火涂料中,制备出一种性能优异的无机厚型钢结构防火涂料.研究磷镁比对磷酸钾镁水泥钢结构防火涂料(MFCS)的抗压强度、粘结强度和耐火性能的影响,并通过微观试验揭示其影响机理.结果表明,随着磷镁比的减小,MFCS的抗压强度、粘结强度和耐火性能先上升后下降.当磷镁质量比为1/3时,水化产物MgKPO_(4)·6H_(2)O最多,MFCS在高温时吸收的热量最多,耐火性能最好,且浆体与骨料间的界面过渡区最密实,其抗压强度、粘结强度最好.An inorganic thick coating with excellent performance was prepared by using magnesium-potassium phosphate cement in the fireproof coating for steel structure.The effect of phosphorus to magnesium ratio(P/M)on the compressive strength,bond strength and fire resistance of the magnesi-um-potassium phosphate cement fireproof coatings for steel structure(MFCS)was explored,whose mechanism was revealed by microscopic tests.The results show that with the decrease of P/M,the compressive strength,the bond strength and fire resistance of MFCS increase first and then decrease.When P/M is 1/3,the amount of hydration product MgKPO_(4)·6H_(2)O is the largest,and the most heat can be absorbed by MFCS under the condition of raised temperature,and therefore the fire resistance is the best.Meanwhile,the interfacial transition zone between hardened cement paste and aggregate is the densest,resulting in the best compressive strength and bond strength.
