摘  要:燃气发生器高温合金隔热框集成了隔热框和喷注盘,铣削加工需要进行计算机编程。一方面材料GH4169材料本身切削力大,切削温度高,刀具磨损非常严重,需要规划合理的加工路径;另一方面,由于隔热框窗口和端面喷注孔有位置关系,只能在五轴机床上进行加工,通过二次开发建立专用后置处理器,解决A轴在90°和-90°间随机切换的问题,满足产品加工要求。The high-temperature alloy heat insulation frame of a certain type of gas generator integrates the heat insulation frame and the spray disc,and the milling process requires computer programming.On the one hand,the material GH4169 itself has large cutting force,high cutting temperature,and very serious tool wear,so it is necessary to plan a reasonable processing path;on the other hand,due to the position relationship between the notch of the heat insulation frame and the end jet hole,it can only be processed on the 5-axis machine tool,and a special post-processor is established through secondary development to solve the problem of random switching between the A-axis of 90°and-90°to meet the requirements of product processing.
