摘  要:利用微波合成、超声分散、高速离心、高温煅烧、光化学沉积、浸渍法等处理手段制备得到了一种光催化剂材料Ag-g-C_(3)N_(4)/SiO_(2),并将其加入到水性丙烯酸涂料中制成降解甲醛涂料,在自制的甲醛降解实验箱中研究了其对甲醛的降解性能和重复使用性能。结果表明,0.8%Ag-g-C_(3)N_(4)/SiO_(2)的甲醛降解率超过90%,重复使用10次后,甲醛降解率仅下降了8.58%。结合材料表征结果表明,通过超声剥离和Ag的引入,减弱了g-C_(3)N_(4)的堆叠结构,增加了光催化活性位点,提升了材料对可见光的吸收强度。A photocatalyst material Ag-g-C_(3)N_(4)/SiO_(2)was prepared by using the treatment method,such as microwave synthesis,ultrasonic dispersion,high-speed centrifugation,high-temperature calcination,photochemical deposition and so on.It was added to the water-based acrylic coatings to make formaldehyde degradation coatings.The degradation performance and reusability of formaldehyde were studied in a self-made formaldehyde degradation experimental chamber.The results showed that the formaldehyde degradation rate of 0.8%Ag-g-C_(3)N_(4)/SiO_(2)exceeded 90%,and after 10 repeated uses,the formaldehyde degradation rate only decreased by 8.58%.The results of material characterization was indicated that the stacking structure of g-C_(3)N_(4)was weakened,the photocatalytic active sites were increased,and the absorption intensity of visible light was enhanced by ultrasonic exfoliation and the added of Ag.
