摘 要:said话语转述词串是人物记叙语篇中以简单的话语转述动词said通过添加描述性的副词、副词词串、介词词串、分词词串、独立结构,或者多种类别杂糅而成的,用以转述人物原话的多词序列。作为said话语转述词串供源的英语专业精读教材,是学生接触人物记叙语篇、学习said话语转述词串用法的重要途径之一。该研究采用文献调研法与问卷调查微调法,对said话语转述词串运用难度进行分类,通过自建《现代大学英语·精读》人物记叙语篇语料库,探索教材人物记叙语篇中said话语转述词串的难度等级与分布的语境特征。A said-typed speech reporting chunk is a multi-word sequence specifically used to report a person's actual words in the character narrative discourse,and it is formed by adding descriptive adverbs,adverb phrases,prepositional phrases,participial phrases,absolute constructions,or a mixture of the previously mentioned types to the core reporting verb"said".As an input of said-typed speech reporting chunks,the integrated English textbook is an important channel of learning the use of the discussed chunks in the character narrative discourse for English majors.Therefore,the current research used literature review and questionnaire survey fine-tuning methods to classify the difficulty of using said-typed speech reporting chunks,and examined the difficulties and distribution of the said-typed speech reporting chunks in a whole series of textbooks entitled Contemporary College English:Intensive Reading,through a self-built corpus of all the character narrative discourses taken from the series.
