我国省级党校图书馆文化服务现状与优化策略研究

摘　　要：该文以我国31所省级党校图书馆为研究对象,通过网络调查法对其文化服务现状进行分析,涉及图书馆更名情况、文化部门设置、文化活动开展、文化空间建设和文创产品开发等方面。研究发现,当前实践中省级党校图书馆文化服务存在着发展不均衡、人才队伍建设滞后、文化活动同质化、品牌建设不强、宣传报道不到位、合作深度不足、文化空间建设和产品开发不够等问题。针对问题,提出优化建议:增强文化服务意识,加大资金投入和硬件建设;引进培养用好人才;创新文化活动形式;提高开发利用水平;丰富宣传形式和渠道;建立常态化合作机制;加大文化空间建设和文创产品开发等,以期为提升省级党校图书馆文化服务水平提供参考和借鉴。Selecting 31 provincial Party school libraries in China as the research objects,this paper analyzes the current situation of their cultural services through the method of network investigation,involving the renaming-of-library,the establishment of cultural departments,the development of cultural activities,the construction of cultural space and the development of cultural and creative products.It is found that there are some problems in current practice,such as unbalanced development of cultural services,lagging construction of talent teams,homogenization of cultural activities,weak brand building,inadequate publicity and reporting,insufficient depth of cooperation,insufficient construction of cultural space and insufficient product development.It is proposed to enhance the awareness of cultural services,increase capital investment and hardware construction;introduce,train and make good use of talents;innovative forms of cultural activities;improve the level of development and utilization;enrich the forms and channels of publicity;establish a regular cooperation mechanism,in order to provide reference for improving the cultural service level of Party school library.
