家谱文献编目标准述略——以CNMARC数据制作为例

摘　　要：该文结合课题研究与工作实践,以CNMARC数据制作标准为例,从文献著录、文献分类标引、文献主题标引三个方面,对家谱文献的编目规则进行了梳理和归纳,以期能为家谱文献整理研究工作奠定基础,为家谱文献利用提供查全率、查准率保障,使家谱文献编目工作能够越来越标准和规范;MARC格式有8个模块,若干字段和子字段,该文主要对家谱文献MARC数据的010、105、200、205、210、300、304、305、312、330、393、512、514、516、517、518、540、606、607、610、690、701、711字段著录规范进行列举描述,尤其是对200、300、607、610字段作主要描述,以突出家谱文献特征,为编目员提供实操依据,提高编目效率和质量。Through combining research project and practical work,the paper takes the CNMARC data production standard as an example,sorts out and summarizes the cataloging rules for genealogy literature from three aspects:bibliographic citation,subject classification and subject indexing,in order to lay a foundation for the research and study of genealogy literature,provide a guarantee for the accuracy and completeness of genealogy literature utilization and make the cataloging work of genealogy literature more standardized and normative;MARC format has 8 modules,several fields and subfields.The paper mainly lists and describes the specification of 010,105,200,205,210,300,304,305,312,330,393,512,514,516,517,518,540,606,607,610,690,701,711 fields of genealogical literature MARC data.In particular,fields 200,300,607 and 610 are mainly described to highlight the characteristics of genealogical literature,aiming to provide a practical basis for catalogers as well as improve cataloging efficiency and quality.
