弥勒苗语“na^(24)”的词义引申及其文化内涵

摘　　要：弥勒苗语“na^(24)”是一个多义词,它在本义“母亲”这一义项的基础上,按照并列式与串联式混合进行词义引申,引申出了“雌性”“大的”“成年的”和“重要的”这四个义项。进一步分析发现,弥勒苗语多义词“na^(24)”的词义引申蕴含着苗族社会发展中独特的文化内涵,其蕴含的文化内涵主要集中于“雌性”和“大的”这两项的词义引申,这两个义项的词义引申体现了苗族母系社会时期母亲在社会活动中具有崇高的社会地位,以及母亲在繁衍后代中发挥着主导作用。这一具体的语言现象为证实苗族曾经历过母系社会提供了有力的证据。The"na^(24)"is a polysemous word in Mile dialect of Miao.Based on the original meaning of"mother",it extends the meaning of"female","big","adult"and"important"according to the extension of the combination of parallel and serial.Further analysis shows that the meaning of the polysemous word"na^(24)"in Mile dialect of Miao contains a unique cultural connotation in the development of Miao society,which mainly focuses on the meaning extension of the two meanings of"female"and"big",which reflects the high social status of mothers in social activities during the period of Miao matrilineal society.And the mother plays a leading role in reproduction.This specific linguistic phenomenon provides strong evidence for confirming that the Miao people have experienced a matriarchal society.
