摘　　要：银屑病是一种常见的难治性皮肤病。中医辨证斑块型银屑病时大多从血论治,往往收效欠佳。吴淞教授认为寻常型斑块型银屑病与代谢综合征双方的病理基础存在类似部分,然中医病机方面研究还存在不足。吴师提出,银屑病合并代谢综合征患者的发病过程中,大多阳气不足,玄府闭塞为基础,痰湿停滞以及瘀血壅塞起着关键性作用,病位主要在于肾、肺、脾、肝,主要病机为痰、湿、瘀三者互结,病性为本虚标实,治疗上,在温阳开通玄府的基础上灵活加以健脾除湿、活血化瘀、清热解毒等等其他疗法。同时配合中药外治、人文关怀、慢病管理等多种措施,疗效显著。Psoriasis is a common and refractory skin disease.The treatment of plaque psoriasis in TCM is usually based on blood,which is often ineffective.Professor WU Song believes that the pathological basis of plaque psoriasis vulgaris and metabolic syndrome is similar,but there are still insufficient studies on the pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine.Dr.Wu pointed out that in the pathogenesis of psoriasis patients with metabolic syndrome,most of them have insufficient Yang Qi,Xuanfu occlusion as the basis,phlegm-dampness stagnation and blood stasis blockage play a key role.The disease location mainly lies in kidney,lung,spleen and liver.The main pathogenesis is phlegm,dampness and blood stasis.The disease is the root deficiency and the branch excess.On the basis of warming Yang and opening Xuanfu,it can flexibly use other therapies such as invigorating spleen and removing dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing heat and detoxifying.At the same time,combined with traditional Chinese medicine external treatment,humanistic care,chronic disease management and other measures,the effect is remarkable.
