摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征是育龄期女性常见的以内分泌系统紊乱为临床特点的一组综合征。文章通过对“痰湿不孕”理论的系统阐释,深入梳析痰湿与多囊卵巢综合征疾病发生的内在关系,认为痰湿贯穿多囊卵巢综合征病程始终,与肝、脾、肾有密切的关系,而痰湿壅塞胞宫是本病发生的关键环节,从而阐述“化痰祛湿”为治疗本病的重要原则。文章从肾虚之痰湿、脾虚之痰湿、肝郁之痰湿、痰湿之瘀阻四个方面对该病进行临证分析论治,并通过一则验案进一步梳理辨治思路,以期为临床提供参考。Polycystic ovary syndrome is a group of syndromes characterized by a common disorder of the endocrine system in women of childbearing age.The article systematically explained the theory of“infertility due to phlegm-dampness”and deeply analyzed the inherent relationship between phlegm-dampness and the occurrence of polycystic ovary syndrome.It is believed that phlegm-dampness runs through the course of polycystic ovary syndrome and is closely related to liver,spleen and kidney.Phlegm-dampness obstructing the uterus is a key link in the occurrence of this disease,thus elaborating that“resolving phlegm and eliminating dampness”is an important principle for treating this disease.The article conducted clinical analysis and treatment of this disease from four aspects:phlegm-dampness caused by kidney deficiency,phlegm-dampness caused by spleen deficiency,phlegm-dampness caused by liver depression,and blood stasis caused by phlegm-dampness.Through a case study,the article further clarified the treatment ideas,aiming to provide reference for clinical practice.
