芩蓟凉血合剂治疗风伤肠络型急性出血性内痔的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评估芩蓟凉血合剂治疗风伤肠络型急性出血性内痔的临床疗效及安全性。方法将90例风伤肠络型急性出血性内痔患者治疗组和对照组各45例,分别予以芩蓟凉血合剂+安络血模拟剂,芩蓟凉血合剂模拟剂+安络血治疗1周。比较两组治疗前后便血、痔核黏膜状态、痔核体积、肛门坠胀感以及排便困难情况等症状积分变化,记录安全性指标,并对治疗有效的患者进行随访记录复发情况。结果治疗组总有效率93.33%(42/45),对照组总有效率75.56%(34/45),治疗组总体疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者便血、痔核黏膜状态、痔核体积、肛门坠胀感以及排便困难情况等症状积分均得到改善(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组降低明显(P<0.05)。随访至第3个月时,治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前后两组安全性指标未见明显异常。结论芩蓟凉血合剂可以有效减轻风伤肠络型急性出血性内痔患者临床症状,且安全性好,复发率低。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Qinji Liangxue Mixture(芩蓟凉血合剂)in the treatment of acute hemorrhagic internal hemorrhoids with wind damaging intestinal collateral type.Methods Ninety patients with acute hemorrhagic internal hemorrhoid due to wind damaging intestinal collateral were divided into the treatment group(Qinji Liangxue Mixture+Anluoxue Simulator)and the control group(Qinji Liangxue Mixture Simulator+Anluoxue Simulator)for one week.The changes of symptom scores such as hematochezia,mucosal state of hemorrhoid nucleus,volume of hemorrhoid nucleus,feeling of anal distension and difficulty in defecation were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the safety indexes were recorded,and the patients who were effective in treatment were followed up to record the recurrence.Results The total effective rate was 93.33%(42/45)in the treatment group and 75.56%(34/45)in the control group,and the overall curative effect in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of bloody stool,mucosal state of hemorrhoid,volume of hemorrhoid,feeling of anal distension and difficulty in defecation in both groups were improved(P<0.05),and the score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).At the third month of follow-up,the recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,there was no obvious abnormality in the safety indexes of the two groups.Conclusion Qinji Liangxue Mixture can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute hemorrhagic internal hemorrhoids of wind damaging intestinal collateral type,with good safety and low recurrence rate.
