摘　　要：目的研究四子热奄包对腹部术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法选取2020年10月—2022年7月在三亚市中医院就诊的98例行腹部手术患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各49例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上采用四子热奄包治疗,两组均治疗4 d。比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、胃肠功能恢复和激素水平。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组首次排气、首次排便、腹胀缓解、肠鸣恢复等时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血清中P物质(substance P,SP)、胃动素(motilin,MTL)、生长抑素(somatostatin,SS)、胃泌素(gastrin,GAS)等水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组腹痛、腹胀、恶心呕吐、嗳气反酸等评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四子热奄包治疗患者腹部术后胃肠功能障碍,能够明显提升治疗有效率,改善排期排便等指标时间,提高胃肠激素水平,使中医证候积分降低。Objective To study the effect of Sizi hot package on gastrointestinal function recovery after abdominal surgery.Methods A total of 98 patients who underwent abdominal surgery at the hospital from October 2020 to July 2022 were selected,and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 49 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Sizi hot package on this basis.All patients were treated for 4 days.Clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,gastrointestinal function recovery,and hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the first exhaust time,first defecation time,relief time of abdominal distension,and recovery time of bowel sounds in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum substance P(SP),motilin(MTL),somatostatin(SS)and gastrin(GAS)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores for abdominal pain,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting,belching and acid regurgitation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sizi hot package can significantly improve the treatment response rate,relevant indicators and the levels of gastrointestinal hormones,and reduce traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in patients undergoing abdominal surgery.
