摘　　要：骨化性纤维瘤是一种少见的良性肿瘤,肿瘤生长缓慢,且发病早期多无明显症状,随着肿瘤生长,可产生压迫症状,患者表现为面部肿胀、头痛、鼻出血、鼻塞等,需及时给予手术治疗。该文报告了1例儿童鼻窦骨化纤维瘤的诊疗经过,分析其发生机制及诊治方法,为临床提供参考。Ossifying fibroma is a rare benign tumor that grows slowly and often has no obvious symptoms in the early stages of the disease.When the tumor grows,it can cause compression symptoms,and the patients experience facial swelling,headaches,nosebleeds,nasal congestion and other symptoms,which require surgical treatment in time.This paper reports the diagnosis and treatment process of a child with nasal sinus ossifying fibroma,and analyzes its pathogenesis as well as diagnosis and treatment methods,thus providing reference for clinical practice.
